Challenge

The previous system had been in operation for over 25 years and had long reached its limits. Inaccurate weighings and product buildup on the conveyors hindered efficiency, while awkward workflows and a non-ergonomic operator interface made daily tasks more difficult.

The new line elevates precision and performance to a whole new level.

 

Solution

ITECH AG developed a fully customized line featuring: a 10-head Ishida SE3 multihead weigher, vacuum conveyor with external pump and flexible hoses, dust protection cabinet with special extraction and explosion protection, pre-set recipes, IMA Ilapak Vegatronic 500 vertical packaging machine, ultra-hygienic conveyor belt, and platform.
